How did I ace my Zoho Interview? : Muthu Mariappan
Muthu Mariappan is constantly engaging TalentAccurate weekly challenges and he is saying working on our industrial-strength assignments, he is able to crack the Zoho interview in his final year campus Interview.
Here is the quick Interview with Muthu Mariappan and his view on Interview preparation.
What is your secret of success?
Learning something new every day, regardless of the complexity of the concept. And I learn what I like the most.
What are the things Zoho interviewer asked in the interview?
They asked ‘Which aspects make you fit for this company?’ I shared some project experience and my skill in Java, and my ability to tackle real-world problems.
What do you feel our students missing?
Perhaps, too much focus on academics and exams, and not able to realize what industries expect from their prospect employee.
What’s your suggestion for Junior students?
Utilize the lab sessions, never copy other’s program, do a lot of projects, create a standard for yourself and work till you are satisfied.
Any suggestions for TalentAccurate challenge engagements?
Problem base given to students is easy enough, but I think participant’s lack of familiarity to the technical terms, frameworks in Java and solving dependencies in the project are the hindrance to the more active participation. I think some simple explanations or links to tutorials might clear that hindrance.
Would you recommend other junior developers to TalentAccurate?
Definitely, it helps the students to realize the difference between requirements in the college and in industries. It creates a platform for the student to become technically fit for the industries.
